Do I have nerve damage from improperly inserted injections into my neck?

Hi there. I'm hoping someone can give me some insight on what is happening to me. So a few weeks ago I went to a doctor and got 3 cortisone shots directly into my neck. Immediately when I got home I noticed I was completely numb in my private areas. I thought this was strange but shrugged it off for a couple days. When it didn't go away I got worried and went to a walk in clinic. The doctor theretold me he didn't see how the injections and this could be related, but that I should go to the ER to be sure. I went to the ER and got blood work done and a CT and everything was normal. My feet had become numb at this point as well and I mentioned this to the doctor. He said since I haven't lost bladder or bowel control that I shouldn't worry and that he would refer me to someone else. I got in fairly quick to see the specialist. He told me one of the injections had probably hit my spine and travelled down and damaged a nerve. I'm not sure if that makes sense... he said something along those lines though. He said symptoms should get better and not worse, but that I should wait a month and see what happens. Well the past week my feet have been numb but also feels like a million pins and needles are being jabbed into them constantly. It does not go away at all. There is also a constant burning sensation. My hands tingle and burn as well but not to the same extent. And my newest symptom is numbness going up my calves. I'm still working 12 hour shifts on my feet all day in this condition and I'm miserable. It does not get better at any point in the day or night. I know it's only been a few weeks, but should my symptoms be gradually be getting better or does it get worse before it gets better? I went to yet another walk in clinic the other day and the doctor prescribed me lyrica and said I need to get in to my family doctor asap. He said he was quite suprised the doctor who did the cortisone did not use any imagining machines when doing the procedure. I called my family doctor and she won't see me for 2 months. I'm so worried and uncomfortable. I guess I'm reaching out to see if anyone has similar stories or might know what is currently happening to my body. Thanks so much.

Oh I forgot to mention I have not taken the lyrica as these symptoms have only been happening for a few weeks. I read about a lot of side effects and don't want to add to anything else negative happening to my body.
