Do I need to see a neurologist?

My son (age 4 in March) has autism, eosinophilic esophagitis, mild sleep apnea, allergies, IgA deficiency, high ANA titer (cause yet unknown) and possible restless leg syndrome.  We have yet to see a neurologist.  Our Doctors are great, but, do what else ca we do?  Thank you for your time!!

My son has autism, too, although without the additional issues.
We have seen a neurologist. Seizure disorders are not uncommon with autism (I've seen numbers as high as 33% of autistic kids will have seizures at some point - though mostly in puberty). We had a sleep-deprived EKG, which in our case came back normal... Still, good to make sure!
A pediatric rheumatologist (or regular if there's no pediatric subspecialty) would treat the ANA issue I think.
Have you been to the gastroenterologist for the stomach issues?
Hope that helps! Feel free to PM me if you want...
