Doctors who understand Bertolotti's Syndromeection

Trying to find the names of doctors who recognize and do resections to transverse processes associated with Bertolotti's Syndrome. I live in NC, and need to have this taken care of, or at least make an effort to resolve, or at least help with my spine. I have had fusions in the 1980's, but the pseudo-articulation of the transverse process of the lumbarized S1 segment is confirmed to be in contact with the ilium making the false joint. I am reading papers now where the transverse process is being resected by MIS surgery with great results. These are usually in U.K, or Japan.

If anyone knows of a Dr who can do this MIS resection, please advise.

I to have been suffering for some time and also am looking for a Doctor that know more on Bertolotti Syndrome.  I am not having any luck finding a Doctor in the US.  If you find one let me know
