Does any of this relate to each other?

First off, I'm real tired of trying to figure out what's wrong. I've had a lot of tests done last year that resulted in thousands of dollars in debt and still feeling like ****. I've had a constant headache that comes and goes in severity for about 5 years. I went to see my doctor about it and she ordered a cat scan and an mri that resulted in a left basal ganglia abnormality. I also was having heart palpitations and feeling faint.... my doctor had me wear a heart monitor for a month and when I went to see a cardiologist, he said I had inappropriate sinus tachycardia. I randomly feel exhausted for no reason and when I went to have that checked out,.... I had mono! I go from being really happy to suicidal in a snap of a finger. I space out with time,... I'll be talking to someone and then look around and be like,... why am I here? What are we talking about? I feel nausea all the time,... especially in the morning. My doctor said I have a sensitive stomach and should avoid chocolate, caffeine, and asprin. I can't hold a job for how many times I call in sick. I work for a week and I'll wake up one day with a rapid heart rate that jumps to 170 when I walk. A couple days later it went away out of no where and then an hour later I had the biggest headache. The next day I'll be pumped and feel normal, work, and do a good job... then the next day I'll wake up and feel like a ton of bricks. I can't win.... nothing is consistant. And everytime I went in to see the doctor, they pulled out some blood test or result that came up but it's never consistant either. The last test I had I was really low in potasium and that's why I was feeling exhausted. I feel out of it, like I can't concentrate, my constant headache, my heart racing, exhaustion, hot flashes, nausea, memory problem, I get random tingling and numbness down the left side of my body, mood swings,...... I'm at my ends. I can't afford any more tests, i was suppose to get another MRI to see if the admorality changed and I can't afford it,.... I dropped my insurance because they didn't cover any bills stating it was a prexisting condition. I don't know what kind of info you guys need but this is the only route I can afford. I hope something makes sense in all of this.
