Does anyone know what Atrial Ectopy, Central Apneas, and PLMDw/o significant cortical Arousal means?

What is rare atrial ectpoy (from ECG)? It was mentioned on a sleep study report that also mentioned several "central apneas" and RLS and Periodic limb movement disorder without significant cortical arousals.
Another test revealed that my brain doesn't know where my head is (i keep falling down!)
There are also periods where my eyes move from side to side rapidly without my control. These episodes may last for several days and go away only to return for longer time periods.
I know this may sound strange, but I am left wondering.
