Does anyone really knows what's going on?

I'm a 19 year old woman from Southampton, in the UK.
Since October 2009, I've been getting headaches, which was why I went to the doctor, for a few months my GP put me on various migraine tablets, none of which had any effects. From the same time, I've been getting twitching in my legs and arms (myoclonus).
I also get periods of memory problems, and speech problems, not directly together. I get mind fogginess, and I find it difficult to answer questions, as in cant think straight. I forget pieces of information to tell people, cant speak coherently, and I am generally useless at being normal in a conversation. I also get sudden blurred vision, that comes and goes whenever, and last for a few seconds.
In addition, I get pain in my arms and legs, it feels like bone pain, and its very intense. I am almost never not in pain somewhere, whether it be my abdomen, head, arms, legs, chest, pelvis.
I get dizzy when I stand up, and when I exert myself it feels as if there is a sudden lack of blood going to my legs and head, and then the blood comes back with an intense throbbing pain. Kind of the feeling when you have your blood pressure taken and the feeling when the cuff is taken off. I get fatigue easily after any activity,
I also get weird episodes, that I am useless at explaining, but here goes: I feel weird and I kind of breath in and sort of zone out for a second and then a wave of something rushes through me and my head and arms flail about for a second, then everything is fine. sorry that was awful.
Some other things that may be useful, but probably not:
I have vitiligo type white patches that is spreading on my legs and some on my abdomen, I have quite pale skin anyway so its not eye catching.
I have small white bumps around my eyes, they have been there ever since I can remember, but the ophthalmologist I saw, said I should mention to my neurologist about tuberous sclerosis.
I have Temporo Mandibular Joint Dysfunction,
I was referred to a neurologist, who has been very thorough. He has given me an MRI scan (not contrast) (normal), Abdominal and Pelvic ultrasound (normal), EEG (normal), Chest X ray (normal), Ophthalmology assessment (normal), and a Lumbar Puncture (which showed inflammation). I've had many, many blood tests, all were normal. He sent some of them off to a place in Oxford, so they could see.
I'm having a neuro psychological exam on the 7th of June 2010, to ***** my concentration and problem solving skills.
I have an identical twin sister, who also suffers with myclonus and the white spots around her eyes

To be honest, I have probably forgotten something important. But I'm getting anxious about the lack of information and the lack of answers, just wondering if anyone could shed ANY light on my situation.

I am experiencing the same symptoms.  I have been doing some experiments and have found that sub whoofers on computers, stereos, tv and even the new tvs effect me.  My neighbour has a new tv and I know when it is on and when it is off. I just tremble inside and twitch constantly.  I am in the process of going for a full body mri and also nerve testing.  Hopefully the docs will find out what is causing this.  I still say it is the frequencies from all the subs, amplifiers, and tvs. I have been suffering with this for 7 years and it is driving me to the ground.
