Does this sound like a possible scenario regarding mild arachnoiditis?

After a rear end collision I began feeling the sensation that I would be urinating myself when I was stressed or anxious. After being told by several doctors that I was crazy, I began the long process of researching what was happening to me. Here is my theory:

I believe that I suffered a mild injury to my arachnoid, not enough to cause any symptoms on its own; when I get overly anxious or stressed I believe that it begins an inflammatory response which is enough to cause the nerves to be affected, thus causing the sensation of water running down my leg. I have an appointment with my physiatrist in a about 10 days, but I would like to know if anyone can provide me with any insight or additional information.

It sounds like you have nerve damage to one of your lower or mid spine.  I suggest that you see a neurosurgeon and a urologist but I think they were the ones whom said you were crazy.  A pinch nerve can do all that you have mentioned and only an MRI will show your doctor if you have one try to get it with contrast if you are not allergic to it.

This is just my opion and I am not a Doctor so please see a doctor for these tests.
