Don't understand MRI

My mom is 80, she had an MRI and we don't understand all the language. She has quite a bit of pain in her lower right side. What does all this mean?
Mild retrolisthesis L2-3
Modic type I
multilevel disc desiccation
perinural cysts throughout
L1-2 broad based posterior disc bulge eccentric to left measuring up to 5mm w/left greater than right facet arthrosis
Mass effect on right L1 root nerve
moderate dextrotoscoliosis of lumbar spine
neural foraminal stenosis severe @ L2-3 on left moderate to severe L3-4 on left, modeerate at L4-5 and L5-S1 on right
