Double Lumbar disc hernia surgery

Hi all!

2008 I had the 1st surgery done to my lower lumbar spine area and It went well for about 6 months. After 6 months I started feeling acute nerve pain in my right leg only,  numbness in my butt, toes, and calves. I couldn't bend down to tie my shoes or anything else for that matter, can't run, walk too much, swim, Nothing.

June 20th 2010 I woke up Screaming unable to breath because of the pain, couldn't move or anything. My whole body was paralyzed by the extreme pain. I then went to the E.R by Ambulance. The 2 days later I had surgery, I was put in the severe important list".When I woke up, Not only did I have pain in my Right leg but I had in my left leg too which normally should have been "cured" after the 1st surgery. The doctor told me they damaged the "thing/ can't remember the name" That surrounds the nerves. 3 days later i went home.

2 weeks ago My pain came back, every part of my lower body is now hurting 9/10 I would say. Can't sleep, wake up with Horrible pains. But there's a new symptom I never had before.

The pain comes from INSIDE me, on the lower part of the back left from the spine, near the love handle area.
It feels like a "torticoli" or sprained neck but 1000 times more painful. Sneezing hurts like Hell, can't walk without a wall or someone to hold on to. I cry 2-3 times a day from the pain, Also My testicular area is hurting a lot as well as my abdominals.

The pain is so bad i'm taking 2 pills of  dilaudid 2mg (hydromorphone hydrochloride). The pain still is there I am running out of ideas.
