Double P.L.I.F. post operative complications

I had a double posterior lumbar interbody fusion done on my S1 , L5, and L4. Since the day I got out of the hospital, my legs and feet are completely numb. The numbness gets sdo painful because of the pressure on my feet that my toes are painful and along with that I have poor ciculation and can easily cramp in my hips , calves, feet ankles you name it I have it. I can literally create a cramp by hyper-extending my feet outward and my feet will start to curl inward and very painful. I cramp at least 4 times a day usually when I get to bed or wake up from bed, Is this normal? I mean will this be like this forever? I easily fall cause I lose my balance and stumble across the floor, Can you tell me what may be wrong> I also have dry dry skin that are like calouses on the heals and pads of my feet the big toes are the ones that have a painful pressure that causes me to literally grab my feet and squeeze them or massage them to distribugte the pressure, Plkease tell me what I am going through and  what I can do to treat it, Thank you !
