Dr., I am worried about my symptoms!

Since about 7 Months ago i have noticed a very gradual decline in vision. I first noticed this because when I would look up at the moon it seemed as a sliver of it was protruding past the actual moon itself.
Now my vision is worse! When I look at street lights, (more noticeable at night) I see double. When the teacher rights something on the board, I see double. And this vision problem is worse in my right eye. I can also see double street lights.
Furthermore, today when i reached to grab a cup, upon trying to grip it, I noticed that my thumb on my left hand was very weak. I could not apply much pressure with my thumb.
I also feel like I'm getting dumber for some reason.

unfortunaley i do not have Health Insurance So I do not know what to do.
