The combimation of problems you mention is unique in my experience and has not been reported in the literature in the past 30 years.
As regards therapy for
restlessRestless leg syndrome legs this is pharmacological, I am not aware if you have already tried medication or if by creative you mean something other than drug therapy, but all of the management strategies in the literature refer to drug therapy.
A wide variety of drugs have been reported to help with this problem, they include the sedative drugs,
Temazepam and Clonazepam, the anticonvulsants Carbamazepine and Neurontin, opiods (narcotics) and the anti-parkinsonian drugs : levedopa, pramipexole and pergolide.
Reviewing the literature on this question the most recent and interesting new information related to the use of the anti-parkinsonian drug PERGOLIDE at low doses, which seems to have been tried recently with considerable success in some trials, and NEURONTIN which is a new anticonvulsant , notable for its extremely low incidence of side effects.
