Dull Headaches Around Eyes - Help!

I have constant dull headaches above and below my eyes.  It also feels like I have pressure behind my eyes.  I have been evaluated by an ENT and an allergist and have had a CT scan of my sinuses - nothing has been found to be wrong.  The allergist said the headaches could be caused by all the medications I'm taking (I'm currently taking Paxil, Loestrin, Detrol LA, Elmiron, Clarinex, Nexium and Synthroid).  Could it be the meds?  Could it be neurological?  Could it be my eyes that are the problem?  (I don't wear glasses and have very good vision).  I don't know which way to turn - I just want the headaches to go away!!!!!

/talk with your doctor(s) about the medications you are taking and the pressure you have in your face and head.  He can determine if you are not reacting to a particular medication well.
You need also to get your eyes examined by an Opthomologist, an MD.  who looks forf eye diseases and vision conplications.  You may think you see fine only to learn you need glasses now.

Hi,
It looks like you are overloaded with the medications.
The problem faced by you looks more of eye pathology probably.
Have your eyes checked first and if everything is normal then try to figure out other causes behind this.
Good luck

Hi,
I suggest you to consult an opthalmologist to rule out the possibilty of raised intraocular pressure or glaucoma. Good luck!
