EPTOIN and Seizure

EPTOIN and Seizure

My father aged 77 years with heart, BP and parkinson condition had a stroke (haemorrhage) 3 months ago. He had recovered but has lost his speech and normal alertness. He was Alzheimeric for last 5 years. Earlier he used to have seizures once in 6 to 8 months where in he would profusely sweating and almost become senseless. We were told it could be because his sugar levels are falling. We normally fed him with glucose water and he will recover slowly. Post the stroke this seizures have increased. This week he had this profuse sweating with hazy looking eyeball movement almost daily. Our current doctor feels it is epilepctic and had prescribed EPTOIN 100 twice a day. My father never had epilepsy and I really do not know what to do? ANy advise will be appreciated.
