Elbow Pain when Sitting

Hello, currently having significant elbow pain but it is unique and doctor is not able to give me any diagnosis.  

1.  Elbow hurts most when sitting watching TV and when sitting using keyboard & mouse at computer.  The pain is located along the ulnar nerve inner location and radiates into the tricep area.  Sometimes but not often I get shoulder pain with it.  

2.  Normal EMG conducted.  Normal MRI Cervicial Spine.  

3.  I have v.good muscle use for activities such as lifting objects with no little to no discomfort.  Its the sitting posistion that aggravates the elbows.

Any help at all would be apprecitated.

What’s your name? How old are you?
Did you consult an orthopaedician for your problems? If yes, what did he say? Is any imaging study of involved joint being done? Is there any swelling behind the joint?
Are either elbows involved or only one?
From your history it appears that your lateral epicondyle is affected and also that you are having pain while flexing the elbow.
I think you should be seeing an orthopaedician at earliest and do imaging studies of elbow joints to rule out any fracture.

I am having the same problem with the  pain in the elbow. it is mostly my right elbow( i am a righty just for info) but once in awhile it is in my left elbow. Then i get the same pain in my knee once in a blue moon. It all happens when i am sitting and not moving. I have not been to the doctors yet due to i want to find information on it before heading to doctors. Plus I don't like my doctors on the military base.
