I have been lifting weights for about a year now and made a lot of progress in the initial months of training. After about six months I started to get a lot of pain in my elbowElbow pain starting in the back then moving to both sides. It will get better for a week or so then go right back to intense pain. I have tried tennisRotator cuff tendinitis Tennis elbowelbowElbow pain strap across my forearm, ice, heatBabies and heat rashes Heat emergencies Heat rash Infant heat rash Tenosynovitis Epson salt, alive, all work for short period but no cure. Is there any other brace, or therapy that I can do to rid myself of this pain? Quitting lifting is not an option

The strenuous weight lifting may be causing a trauma to the nerves and muscles leading to the pain. You need to take rest or avoid heavy use of the arm for a few days. Please take physiotherapy including gentleGentle laxative stretching exercises to condition the muscles. Take OTC pain killers along with muscle relaxants.
