Electric Shock Sensation

Electric Shock Sensation

I get an electric shock sensation in the right side of the head.  It is sharp and quick.  It feels like I am going to pass out or fall over.  It is over quickly.  What is this and why.  Happens several times a week.  It can be when I am sitting perfectly still and slightly move my head, when walking, turning, look up, etc.  I have had it once or twice while driving.

Is there any connection to this and my eye sight seems to be getting worse.  I fully expect this due to age, lighting and computer usage.  So I have not associated the two.  Also glaucoma runs in the family and I am high risk for it.
