Electric shock sensation, and burning sensations on skin HELP ME PLEASE

Four weeks ago I was walking across my yard and when I stepped down on my right foot a terrible pain shot up my right foot into my right thigh into my right arm and 3 small fingers on hand, has gotten worse runs up into my face.
MRI shows some bone spurs and narrowing of the cervical but nothing serious. MRI of brain is ok. I am now having a terrible burning pain which now includes both sides of body no diagonosis yet they all tell me they never herd of such symptoms before, somebody has got to know something. I am now walking flat footed on the floor before I was walking with my 3 toes curled up to eleviate some of the pain. I don't even know which Dr. to ask a question too.

Help me please I don't mean to be selfish I know there are other people suffering more than I but this all happened so quickly I feel like I am living in a bad dream. I just need to wake up.
