Had an Mri and the doctor came in and asked me who I lived with. (Endcrinoligist) and he said you need to see a neurologist and that was it. This is what the paperwork said that he gave me. Findings: Flair imaging demonstrates approximately 8 subcortical white matter areas of signal aleration. These have increased in nmber as compared to prior examination. There are two new lesions within the high vertex posteriorAnterior vaginal wall repair Posterior fossa tumor Posterior heart arteries Posterior spinal anatomy Skeleton (posterior view) Spinal fusion Uveitis Vertebrobasilar circulatory disorders frontal subcortical white matter. There another new lesion present within the white matter adjacent to the frontal horn of the left lateral ventricleUltrasound, normal fetus - ventricles of brain Ultrasound, normal fetus- ventricles of brain. There is no abnormal enhancement associated with these lesions. This is suspicios for progrssion of demyelinating disease.
There is no mass effect or midline shift. The basiliar cisterns are patentPatent ductus arteriosus. The intracranial flow voids are preserved. The midline structures are preserved. An empty sella is again noted. Dedicated imaging through the sella demonstrates no evidence for selar or suprasellar mass. There is normalNormal saline flush enhancement of the pituitary gland. the pituitary stalk midline. The cavernousHemangioma sinuses and cavernousHemangioma internal carotid ateries are unremarkable. The optic chiasm is unremarkable. The is an incidental note of increased fluid within the left mastoid air cells which has increased as compared to prior examination.
