Entire Head hurts, other neuro symptoms
My whole head hurts.  It is not a very painful pain but rather a constant moderate pain that can get worse by gently pressing forehead, neck, upper back or even the tip of my nose.  I also seem to have ear pressure pain.  A constant sore throat has arrived recently, as well.  The head pain has been around for a month or so.  I have some dizziness, slightly blurred vision and slight ear ringing, as well.  I've had stiff neck and neck pain that have been helped with some neck excercises.  I have a knot in upper back to the right of my neck and below right shoulder blade that is worse when touched or when neck moves too far to right - this is fairly painful.  I have had some slight breathing difficulties in neck which started nearly a year ago - my first symptom (everything else is much more recent).  Other symptoms include some muscle and joint pain throughout body (moderate in arms, mild everywhere else) and some numbness in left foot depending on how I sit.  I was treated with steroids from last October through this May for breathing difficulty but Methocholne challenge debunked asthma as a possibility.  Now I am lost and, literally, slightly confused.
