Epidermoid Brain Tumor

I had an Epidermoid brain tumor removed at the base of my skull in 2003.  As expected, a portion was not able to be removed due to adherence to a nerve.  What are the chances of that tumor growing back and if so, how soon will it reappear?

I had my surgery about 6 1/2 years ago in Charlotte, NC with Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine. Dr. Anthony Asher 1800-344-6716. He is God sent!
I have been doing great! They had to leave a small portion because it is on my brain stem. But I go every two years and get rechecked. So far so good!
