Epstein Barr Syndrome

I was recently very sick, it started with lower back pain then numbness in my legs, arms, hands and face. I also was so tired unable to walk well or use my hands. For two weeks I laid in the bed, and felt worse. I even had one spell that I loss movements of my legs while walking to the bathroom. I had MRI's, spinal tap, and tons of lab works. In the end my Epstein Barr was positive. The levels seemed high to me IgG EB was 3500 in convelscent phase. What does all this mean my neurologist did not give me much info. Do I need to have repeat labs drawn, how long can this last? Can it come back as severe? I am back at work but in the evenings my back still burns and I am very tired! Please give me some helpful info!
