1957:Had traumatic avulsion of left brachial plexus; since have had constant pain in lue and neck; about1987 had DREZ by Nashold at Duke U. - no relief from pain and experienced DVT in a matter of days after Duke U. hospital discharge and drive to New Jersey; also after trip from hospital (a bit later) have experienced progressive neuropathy in both lower extremeties have cervical and thoracic scoliosis and constant subluxation of lue shoulder joint; MRI recently reveals a syrinx in thoracic area. In addition, have carpal tunnel in rue, and what the VA has diagnosed as osteo arthritis in knuckles and finger joints of rue from excessive use of rue. Avulsion injury was determined to be US Air Force "service connected". Is it medically reasonable to conclude that my post avulsion conditions and difficulties probably owe their existence and progression to the original, traumatic avulsion?
