Everyday Headache, Upper Back and Neck Pain, Loss of Strength on Left Side Arm

Since December I'm having an everyday headache with a combine of upper back and neck pain. I have seen an eye doctor, ear doctor, dentist, ginecology, and neurology. I took some physical therapy for my neck and numbness on my left arm, but instead of helping me, it was worst. I have been taking a lot of pills (muscles relaxer, and for the pain). Also, sometimes I have had nauses and vomiting. And in one occasion, my left side of the face went numbed. They have done a lot of MRI for my head and neck. I have a protuberant Disk C5-C6.  I just want an answer for why I still everyday have this feeling and pain?

Hi, I have had the same symptoms, my right arm was numb and tingling and the right side of my face also.  The neurologist said no nerve damage but I do have the same disc problem but he had said it could be my muscle tears because the mri showed rotocuff tear and shoulder tendon tear.  My Ortho surgeon today told me it was a neck issue I shouldn't have pain from the tears.  I am so with you on wanting to know why these symptons occured.  I have been off work now for a couple of months and the headaches and numbness has subsided somewhat.  But I still have discomfort, if you get an answer please let me know, I've been going crazy trying to get one.
