Evoked Potentials, intermittent toe response

Hi, I recently had VEP's and SSEP's done as I am being investigated for MS, and also have a pineal cyst.  During the testing on my feet, my right toe twitched rythmically, but my left toe was very erratic, beating intermittantly.  Also, I couldn't actually feel the movement.  If I closed my eyes, I couldn't tell if it was moving or not.
I am waiting for the results, which could be another week or two, but wondered if anyone could shed any light as to whether or not this was significant, and if/where the damage may be?  Many thanks.
