Excercise

by PhoebeC, Jun 04, 2008 03:22PM
I had lower lumbar fusion in 2001.  I walk almost daily, but have been gaining weight very quickly.  I think the weight gain might be from menopause.  Now I'm having a great deal of pain in my lower back and legs.  I would like to know if there is a exercise plan that would help me loose the weight and tighten up.  Maybe helping the back pain.

This discussion is related to 2ND SPINAL FUSION.
