Experiencing various symptoms don't know what it could be.

Hello. I happened to stumble across this site and it has so many forums that have me shaking my head in agreement over shared symtoms that I thought I'd post and get some feedback as to what is potentially wrong with me.

To start with, I'm 39, mildly overweight (180 5"9) and lead a largely sedentary life.I'm fat around my waste area primarily (which I know is the worst type of fat). I haven't been diagnosed, but think I have some sort of breathing problem where I can't always get enough air (don't  think its asthma as I don't wheeze but I do get bronchitis alsmost every year and I get winded easily when excercising).

Anyway, had a very traumatic month or two and have started to feel really terrible. A few moths ago while on the job I hurt my neck (I was nodding off and my head kept going back. I woke up and heard a crack though didn't feel a lot of pain. Had moderate difficulty turning my neck to the left on  occasion but it was otherwise ok. Then we had a very traumatic event with a very sudden detath in the family in mid december. My step father died of an aortic aneurism out of the blue. My mother and I had to fly him to Cyrprus to be buried and on the way back on the plane I seemed to hurt my neck again . I could barely move mneck to the leftand it felt like a strong pinch on the left side of my neck
I saw an orthopedic surgeon got an MRI and xray of my neck and the only thing it found wa a bulging C5/6 disk. However, since then I've had major league issues that have been driving me crazy. I was rushed to the emergency room soon after coming back with racing heart and dizziness. They took an xray of my chest and did various tests and said I was fine (no heart attack, normal blood  pressure, etc. Since then however, I've gone back to the emergency room twice with similar symptoms and both times was told it was classic anxiety. While I'm certain that it has a lot to do with how i feel it seems like  I have too many disparate symptoms, and the sypmtoms seem too continuous to simply be "stress".
I've now gone through a cardiologist and had an  EKG and stress tests , an ear nose and throat doctor, had tests for PAD to see if it was a circulation issue(arteries are fine) and then  went back to the DOCS center to see if I had any blood clots or DVT(he dind't do a test but thinks its relatively certain that I don't as my legs aren't swollen and don't have any redness etc).
So here are my symptoms. First and formost I'm noticing that, especially in the morning, my body temperature is low. I've been as low as 96.something up to around 97.7 and I sometimes feel like I'm freezing even though the humidifier says its 72 degrees. And on occasion my feet especilaly have felt ice cold.
Then I get constant trermor like feelings through all of my limbs almost like a shiver or an electrical charge under the skin. I don't see my hands shake but if I can clearly feel it when it's at its worst if I put pressure on where I feel it and it feels like it's buzzing. I've also noticed many issues while sleeping where I've been woken up with what feels like an electric current that goes up my arm and into my chest and I bolt upright while sleeping.
My neck has gotten a lot better in that I"m no longer hunched over but I still feel a clicking noise when turning to the left in my neck and when turing back feel weak. Also, if I turn my head either left or right while sleeping it almost feels like Im blacking out for a millisecond as if I have no air, though I do also notice the click in my neck which might be waking me up and that's what I'm experiencing.
The tremor feeling goes as far up as my teeth and my face sometimes feels numb. I've also noticed that the left side of my tongue gets an cold itchy tinging feeling along with right under my adams apple (which is potentially a pinched nerve.
It almost  feels like something is wrong with my chemistry, or that there is some chemical not working right. It feels like hypoglycemia in certain wayss but with more dizziness, and a constant tremor. Additionally I had for about a week extremely bad constipation and burning feelings in my adomen when urinating that spread acrooss my abdomen and into my legs for a bout five minutes. I'd notice this almost always  when I was falling asleep while liying flat on my back and I would instantly get an urge to urinate and then the weird chemically warm feeling would spread through my abdomen. I saw a urologist about this adn they took some urine test and did some kind of ultrasound of my bladder but said everything looked ok This isn't as constant a feeling as everthing else, but it doesn't completey go away either.
The tingly feeling in my limbs occasionally goes away but then recently it's been replaced by extreme tightness over various parts of my legs almost like  had charlie horses in my calf, behind my knee by my ankle in the musle right below my groin and even in my forearms. It was a deep pain that I could feel in the musles (which is why I was worried I might have had DVT) though the deep pain has gone down and is now back to the tingling again. And oh yea I'm getting pins and needles in al of my extremities.
I've had countless blood tests, but I think it's just the standard test over and over again and they keep saying it's fine. However, the doctor sent me the  test results but there are a few instances where the results are actually out of range but the notes say " Minor variations  present are of no clinincal significance".
Here are the results that are abnormal. My Creatine Kinase value is low at a 48 (Ref range of 55-170), my T3 uptake is high at 39.8 (range of 22.5-37), my Neutrophils are high with a value of 70.3 (range of 36-66) and in my urinalysis I hacve an abnormal Urobilingen value of 2.0 (range of .2 -1). I have no idea what any of this means.
It has really thrown me for a loop and I'm getting very aggravated at teh doctors who don't seem to actualy do much other than say stress. When I bring a long my MRI results most of them say they can't even read it and are relying on a report. What if the report itself  was incomplete and thus theres something clearly there but noone can read because they simply don't know how. Are those blood results worrisesome (especially that abnormla Urobilingen) or indicative of anything? I have no idea where to even go with this.
The tiredenss and coldness makes me think there is a probem with my thyroid (hypothyrodism), though I also thinkI have some issue with a pinched nerve or worse in my neck, but am also worried that I have something like diabtes MS  or some weird chemical imbalance that no one will ever identify or even something out of left field like Lyme disase.

Does anyone one have any suggestions or ideas? I'm seeing an endocrinologist tomorrow and a neurologist on tuesday but if anyone has ideas of waht it could be or even what tests I should try to get that would be great.

Thank you all.

Your thyroid may very well be part of the problem.  I have hypothyroidism and my body temp is lower than normal most of the time.  I have had it range from 95.0 to 98.6.  The thyroid won't explain everything, but it would explain that.

One update. Happened to take some Primatene Mist the other day and got such a rush of dizziness I had to be taken to the emergency room again. I nearly collapsed about five minutes after taking it, so was relatively sure that's what caused my issues. Was told that that could cause the issue I was experiencing.
So I decided to look at the other medications I was taking and see if there was any side effects on those. I was assigned 500mg of Naproxen to be taken twice daily (as needed). I had been taking those daily, along with aspirin. I also had Cylcobenzaprine once a night. I think a lot of the especially weird symptoms were due to a reaction to the Naproxen. I happened to look at some of the bad side effects of Naproxen and it included, constipation, burning tingling in legs etc. Plus it said not to take ibuprofin with Naproxen, so I probably was making my situation far worse.I subsequently went off all Naproxen and am simply taking one aspirin and one ibuprofin at the moment. Most of the weirdish symptoms have gone down. I still have dizziness and a slightly breathless feeling but it's currently not as bad.
The site mentions that heart attack risk and stroke is elevated. How long should I be worried about such an attack if I'm no longer taking Naproxen. Or is it only while on Naproxen, or drugs of that type that the risk is elevated?
