Extreme fatigue, neuropathy, neck pain - help

Lately I have been having extreme fatigue in my arms and legs (hands/feet/etc).  It started with cold hands and feet, then sore calf muscles, then all the rest.  I have had a brain fog headache and sore neck issue that has progressed over time, that seems to feel worse when these other symptoms are worse.  I also have had pvcs and abdominal pain over the last few months that have mysteriously disappeared.  Did I lose vagal tone?  I still have abdominal fullness.  I also have floaters in my vision, and have trouble focusing sometimes.  The severity of symptoms seem to come in waves (expecially fatigue).  Can someone please help?  Needless to say my anxiety is high.  Thanks.

Helpful info:

I had MRI/MRA/MRV of head that only showed few non-specific white matter lesions.  MRI of spine showed DDD with slight narrowing on right side.  My neuro exam is normal.  Lyme test was negative (Elisa and WB).  Sed rate was normal and ANA was negative.  WBC was 4.2 during last exam.  Hep A/B/C negative.  EBV and CMV negative.

It sounds to me like you could be suffering from one of the 100 types of Peripheral Neuropathies, unpredictable too.  Not all show on EEG and EMG's. At one point I was given a CFS and Fibromyalgia diagnostic. You could look into that especially if you feel tingling, burning sensations, cramps at night, electric-like sensations, nausea,  balance problems, etc. Some Peripheral Neuropathies cannot have a cause retraced and are difficult to treat.

this may sound crazy but it sounds like you have cfs. the best thing for cfs is a sugar free diet.  stay away from crabs.  some how the carbs make cfs worst.  cfs virus atacks the lower spine area. this causes pain in the lower back, hips, down the leg to the heel. also back of the neck. watch what you eat. buy a book on carb diet.  carbs also cause bloating. carbs seem to feed the virus.  when your on the diet it seems to control the virus.

You should also check for your Vitamin B12, and serum Folate  levels. low Vit B12 level triggers almost the same symptoms.
hope this will help in your diagnosis

Thanks for the replies.  It is amazing how you realize you take your health for granted until you are not healthy.  It really messes with your emotional well being too (having these symptoms).  I will mention the suggestions to my doctor, who by the way thinks I am a hypochondriac.  He apparantly has not ever gone through a health crisis.

The problem is still there...maybe a little worse.  I wake up shivering, and go to bed warm.  I do not sweat when I am asleep, and I am still eating ok.  I still have the eye problems and the feeling of pressure in my abdomen (left middle) like someone is pinching or twisting my organs.  This is scary.

THanks again for your suggestions...I'll try to keep on keepin' on.  Best wishes to you all.

Help....I started feeling generally unwell a year ago (couldnt put finger on, just felt generally unwell). Further I had a months of severe shoting pains in head with unsteadiness and couldnt touch point at base of skull for pain, fatigued, golfball lump in side of neck (doc. not concerned just though had a virus), thats gone down.....sudden spatism attack losing loss of use of all four limbs. I was hospitilised for tests. Symptons passed in a while.  Since left with pains in feet legas and hands, severe wave like fatigue, pain to splean area, on off left ear pain (no infection), numbness and tingling in legs.  Sometimes area of arms and legs feel bruised in patches. Doc and neuro generally disinterested now as ruled out iminant fatal probem. Had MRI of neck and head, clear, left jaw pain, SEP( adv. in normal range - whatever that means), I have narowing to spinal fluid on degenerative C discs and degenerative L4, 5, 6, discs. Fed up with feeling poorly and in pain and discomfort and having serious effect on dailly life.  Can anyone help re all this.  I am unhappy that so many other tests have not been done
and doc not helping .  Neuro suggested pyschological which really makes me mad as not in my head.
