Extreme headache, neck, shoulder pain

I feel like the whole left side of my body (head to toe) is seriously damaged. I have extreme headaches on the left side of my head along with extreme discomfort and pain in the skull, jaw, neck, shoulders. The left side of my shoulder, neck, face, and even cranium is swollen and has been getting more and more swollen over the years. I do not know if it's a domino effect from the bottom (feet, lower back, or shoulder) to the top (jaw and skull) or from the top to the bottom, or a bunch of separate problems. I have gone to a TMJ dentist and have gotten no relief from the mouth splint. I do not know who to go to. PLEASE HELP!!
