Eye Dialation

I hope I am just being paranoid here...

I have been experiencing balance problems for the past 4 weeks and I notice that my right pupil is frequently larger than the left.  The difference in size is not catastrophic but is definiatley there.  My dr had me get an MRI.  The results of the MRI came back with a "questionalbe abnormality of the posterior fossa" and a second MRI was requested.  I had that MRI yesterday.  I was told to schedule an appointment with a Neuorlogist, which I did.  W'hen I scheduled that appointment I told them of my symptoms and they said I should also schedule an appointment with an Opthalmologist to rule anything else out.

I had the appointment with the Opthalmologist this morning.  He told me that everything looks completely fine with my eyes (outside, inside, optic nerve, etc).  He said that I should not worry about the differences in pupil size since there are no other symptoms, aside from the balance issues and all of the tests they did, did not show anything wrong.  In the exam they dialated my pupils.

It has now been 6 hours since they dialted my pupils and the left has gone back to normal, but the right eye is still fully dialted and my vision is still blurry out of that eye.  It is concerning to me that the right eye has not gone down since the left eye is back to normal.  They said they would return to normal within 1-4 hours. The Opthalmologist said he did not find anything wrong with my eyes at all and not to worry about the pupil size, but now it is just very odd that the right eye is still fully dialted.

Again, I hope I am just being paranoid, but it is just odd.  Does this seem normal?

Thanks

I work for a retina specialist and have had my eyes dilated several times and this sometimes happens to me. Occ. they might put more drops in one eye than the other. Also, are you light eyed?
