I hit my head (eyebrow specifically) fairly hard on pavement last year. Lost slight vision due to nerve damage and also the eye now needs a different optical correction.
That is all fine and dandy, but here is the interesting part: When I am falling asleep at night, and it is quiet and I am relaxed, if there is a sudden loud noise - I will see a flash of light through my eye at the same time as the sound (such as a doorslam).
It doesn't bother me much, im just wondering if it is possible that a loose eye nerve could be picking up auditory signals or anything like that.
