Eyes moving back and forth

I have been dealing w a lot of symptoms as you can see from past posts, cannot rule out neoplasm due to the mass effect of the one lesion enhanced on MRI. and head pressure. I recently started getting not blurred vision, but when i turn my head ,a  feeling in my eye like they are moving fast, but no trouble seeing, very bizare anyone have this? kit

This sounds as though it might be a nystagmus. Perhaps you need to have your eyes tested
