I FEEL SOMETIMES ELECTRIC SHOCKS, RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF THE BOTTOM OF MY LEFT FOOT, AND I WONDER IF THAT IS SOMETHING I SHOULD WORRY ABOUT. AND WHAT IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MY RIGHT ONE. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP.

Hi,

Thanks for writing in.
These symptoms could be due to nerve compression at the ankle or can also be due to general fatigue.
Neuromas can also cause electric shock like sensations in the feet mostly in the toes and most of the neuromas are palpable. Do you just get the sensations or can you also feel a swelling?

I would suggest that u go to a dr.....just to be sure......a  neurologist.It could be a pinched nerve, it could be nothing.
better safe than sorry, get checked.

Good luck
Godspeed
