Facial numbness

I have a patch of numbness to the left side of my face that is always there. It goes from my lower eyelid to my upper lip and from hair line to left side of my nose. I also have nmbness of my teeth and gums on the left side. Numbness to my whole lower lip comes and goes and seems to be positional. It generally goes away when I stand up. I can only lay on my left side or my lip goes numb.CT Scan and MRI of my head is unremarkable. I have a history of Breast cancer with Mets to the bones.

It is very sad as this is happening to u, but you have not made it very clear as to what is your concern. Any type of tingling, burning, or numbness is usually a symptom related to a sensory nerve being damaged, diseased, or injured. There may be some damage to the blood supply of the nerve.
The nerve involved in this is Trigeminal nerve. Any infection at the root of nerve or compression due to any mass occupying lesion will cause similar lesion.
Have u undergone any dental extraction recently.
I would suggest u to meet a neurologist.
