Facial pain

Hello,
I need some help with my facial pain.  I have Atypical facial pain.
I have been having pain everyday about 40% of the time.  The pain has different levels.  Sometime so intense that all I can do is cry.  I am on 150 imipramine and 60 baclofen.  I am going to start on Dilantin tomorrow. Does anyone ever get total relief from this pain?  I also get red in the face with extreme heat coming out of my ears.  My neurologist hasn't heard of the people having the redness and the heat problem.  I do believe they are related to the facial pain.  Do you know if this could be true? Thank you.  Patty
