Facial spams and left eye pain

I am experiencing constant left eye pain (shooting-dull-aching).  I also am experiencing hemi facial spasms when looking to the left with the left eye only.  With this comes severe nausea and dizziness.

Hi.  These symptoms can be an atypical form of migraine that is associated with 'auras' or sensations that precedes or follows a migraine attacks.  Localized eye conditions such as glaucoma that causes increased pressure inside the eyes may also cause these symptoms.  A rare condition called pseudotumor cerebri may also present with the same symptoms but it is best to have this checked by a neurologist or an eye specialist.
