Facial tingling, fatigue, and other symptoms

Hi,

I'm a 24 year old male. For about 6 months  had the following symptoms:

-  Constantly lightheaded, with a sort of 'spaced' feeling, the severity alters throughout the day, but it is always noticeable, it sometimes feels like I may faint, but never do.
- I feel very fatigued and weak a lot of the time,
- I have numbness and/or tingling on my face (mostly left side).
- My hands also occasionally seem painful and stiff , it's hard to explain, they just don't feel right i.e. typing/using my mouse seems harder than usual.
- I've noticed over the last month or so that I've been having a small degree of muscle twitching, mostly on my limbs.
- I have black spots in my vision constantly.
- I have headaches on some days, but they aren't ever in the same place.
- I have neck stiffness constantly
- My nose has been blocked for the last 6 months.
- I sometimes feel very nauses, but I haven't actually thrown up yet..
- My sleeping patern is sometimes very bad, I find myself jolting awake almost as if I've had a fright, and I also wake up feeling like I haven't slept and not refreshed at all.

I've tested myself for Hypo/Hyperglycemia, all seems within normal range, I had an brain MRI and nothing showed up on that, I've also had my blood pressure and thyroid checked, both of which are also fine. I have a good history of health, I'm normal weight and I do not smoke or drink.

I'd really appreciate any ideas anyone may have.
