Facial tingling and Seizure

I have been experiencing tingling sensations in my face for about 4 or 5 years now. it gets so bad(the tingling) that my eyes have trouble staying open because when I keep my eyes open the tingling becomes worse. I've created several posts on the issue that is more in depth as to all of the symptoms. earlier this year, in may I ended having a seizure (loss of conciousness, and jerking movements) during one of my facial tingling episodes. when I have the facial tingling it lasts for about a whole week. Does the facial tingling sound like partial seizures followed by a general seizure? i'm currently in the middle of testing, I have an EEG next week(the second EEG in the last 3 years) and the first one came back with a small abnormality. I am very concerned. my neurologist has also discussed the possibility of the tingling and seizure as being a "silent migraine".
