Facial twitching, headaches, and nausea

I have been having facial twitching that has been going on for months. First it was just my right eyelid, but now my left eyebrow, right cheek, and lips twitch. My eyelid twitches so hard my vision is affected. Sometimes the back of my head near my neck gets a twitch, which is painful and makes my headaches worse.
I always have a headache, but I also have this feeling of stabbing in my head, and my brain feels heavy or swollen, and sometimes my head feels too heavy for my neck, it is very uncomfortable.
I've been getting nauseous off and on every day for months, but it is so bad all I can do is lay down. I haven't had vomiting at all, just this overwhelming nauseous, sick, and dizzy feeling.  Usually it lasts for a few hours.

Another strange this that had been bothering me lately is sounds from electrical outlets.  I have even been woken up by the sound of a plug in an outlet in another room and couldn't sleep until I followed the sound and found what was making it so I could unplug it.

I feel very outside myself and have had a hard time with concentration and recalling things.

I've quit caffine (since the beginning of Dec), and I've been taking magnesium to see if it will stop the twitching, but no luck. I eat a very healthy diet, and don't use a computer very much (I don't think it's eye strain)

I have Graves disease, but my thyroid was removed over 10 years ago, and my thyroid levels were just checked and fine, but my GP lowered my synthroid dose just to see if it can help the twitching, but it didn't.

My GP checked my ANA levels but they were normal. He did other regular blood panels and they are all great.

I'm worried about lyme disease, and I will ask my GP if he will check me for it, but is there anything else that you can think of that could be causing this?
