Fainting while urinating

Hi,

My brother is 24 yeard old. Recently he is having a strange problem. He faints while urinating. He doesn't remember anything in those 1-2 mins. This has happened thrice in last 1 year timeframe. Various doctors have done many tests but everything has been normal. One of doctors have done Tilt-Table test and he could reproduce similar situation where my brother felt like he is fainting. The doc said that there is no cure for this. One should drink lot of wanter before urinating.

He has fainted twice while urinating and once while just standing.

I am scared because this can happen anytime (say driving).

Please advise what is the cure for this - What can cause this and how we can cure this.

Thanks,
Vinay
