You probably should have sought emergent care after that episode.
I would recommend consulting a Neurologist ASAP to help you sort this out.
You need to make an appointment with a neurologist and get a 3T MRI and an MRA to rule out structural disorders, a bleed, or a clot. Do NOT consent to a CT scan. It is inappropriate.
In the event of another incident involving loss of consciousness you must go immediately to an ER.
I am concerned by the sudden onset of the event and the fact it came on without warning.
Hi..if u fainted u get a sensation prior to actually fainting...u may have had what is referred to as a drop attack.
The act of lifting ur arms over ur head could have caused it along with u looking up...try sitting down and looking up and lifting ur arms over ur head...see what happens...if nothing no harm no foul...but if u have a reaction u can suggest this to ur dr whom u should call and make an appointment.
Good luck

Hi, I can understand your worrying concern about long term migraine headaches that may be most likely reason of your present symptoms and no sure success treatments that you have tried. The mainstay of the migraine treatment is always to identify the triggering factors and to avoid them. Triggering factors that may induce your migraine attack may be contraceptive pills, stress or depression, bright lights, loud noise and traveling. Other factors could be different foods such as cheese, chocolate, alcohol and even few fruits. Few women experience headache more commonly during the time of their menstrual periods & at the time of hormonal imbalance. I would suggest careful record of events that have proceeded with the attack and avoid those factors. In addition, try to rest in a dark & quiet room, meditate, have a balanced diet and avoid taking unnecessary drugs. Even then if you suffer continuous headache, please arrange an appointment with a neurologist right away who will evaluate the further underlying disorders here that may be the main reasons of your migraine attacks and can provide you an appropriate treatment. Hope this information proves helpful to you. Take Care & Regards!!!
