Fell on my head

Fell on my head

Thank you for all your responses to my fall on my head. I did as I mentioned previously went to the emergency room and had a cat scan for my fall. As I mentioned I am on coumadin and fell on my carpeting last week on my head. My cat scan was negative but I continue to have severe headaches. I also went to my doctor and he tells me that I have a concussion and that it takes time to heal. These headaches go away with 2 tylenol for a few hours at a time. They are most severe at night and interupts my sleep.
Where to go from here and what to do? Does anyone have any suggestions they would be appreciated.
