Femural Nerve damage

Had a catheratization (angioplasty) two months ago. Area on hip was badly bruised following the procedure. After returning from hospital, my right foot began to flop down during normal heel-toe walking. No pain, just a slight feeling of numbness and loss of strength. For example, I cannot walk on my right heel with my heel on the floor and my toes bent upward, off the floor. I can run, as long as I stay on my toes in a sprinting posture.

What is wrong? What therapy is recommended?
