I WANT TO KNOW, IF A NOISY NEIGHBOR CAN AFFECT MY FIBROMYALGIA TO FLARE UP. HE PUTS LOUD MUSIC AND MAKES LOUD SOUNDS OF A SHIP HORN AND PUTS THOSE SOUNDS THROUGH A MICROPHONE, WAKES ME UP AND MY HEAD IS POUNDING WITH PAIN.
CAN HIS NOISE AFFECT MY FM? CAUSE I GET WORST WHEN HE STRESSES ME OUT WITH THAT AWFUL SOUNDS HE MAKES.
YES. I have a noisy neighbor with a rotten attitude and FM, too. Stress and noise aggravate FM, because we can't get the rest we need. This aggravates my migraine issues, too. People like this should be evicted, but the management would rather blame the victim for being too picky. I have neighbors agreeing with me about the lousy neighbor but management not lifting a finger to put a stop to this nonsense.
Hi there. Emotional and physical triggers can cause a flare in fibromyalgia symptoms. A flare is usually accompanied by constant pain and lethargy. You might find difficulty to sit, stand or lie for even some time. the triggers known are strong emotions like depression and anger or stress, too much exercise, beginning of an illness, cold, damp weather or extreme heat, any stress on body. That noisy neighbor could affect your health indirectly by causing anger or stress in you. Hope this helps. Take care.
