Finger & Leg Cramps?

Quite often (almost daily) my middle finger goes one way and the ring finger goes in another direction--it hurts and I can't control my fingers except to try to push them back in place with my other hand. My toes also do this as well as I have bad cramps in my legs. Is this a neurological disorder or blood clot possibility. I have a history of blood clots in my right leg after a doctor tried to manipulate my knee after complete knee replacement.
