Fingers Shaking

Hi everyone
I am scared as i type this cause my fingers are still shaking. I have this problem and have no clue where it came from, last 2-3 months i find that my fingers shake whenever i perform a action with my hands I also feel some chest pain occasionally. I am totally confused should i visit a doctor any suggestions are most welcomed.

This shaking could be due to muscle spasms which can occur due to fatigue and stress. Other causes include anxiety and essential tremors apart from chronic alcoholism.

Essential tremors run in families so it is important to know if you have a positive family history. I would suggest you to do some deep breathing exercises every day and if the symptoms do not improve please consult your GP about it as you may need medications.
