Fingers and toes on both sides feel funny and cold

Hi, can someone please give me some advice, About 6/8 months ago I started having pains in my calves and just my big toes, They got so bad I went to the ER, they said. it's probably just stress, I have been getting these pains on and off now, but then my fingers started hurting as well a few weeks ago, just once in a while, up until 2 days ago, now I have a low dull "strange" feeling in fingers and toes of both feet/hands constantly(and some pain in calves briefly)It's not exactly pins and needles and not numb, It's almost like a burning sensation, like when you come inside from very cold weather and run your hands under warm water to warm them up and your fingers get that funny feeling. I also have been losing weight the last few weeks and am not on a diet and my fingers and toes get very cold and it's really scaring me.And a few time recently I have felt like my body was kind of shaking when I sat down and my arm as well.
