Fluttering In Stomach

What is the reason I and many people on here are having fluttering in the stomach? I have had 4 children and it feels very much like a baby moving around, lightly kicking. I have IBS as well, it has not acted up in quite some time. It doesn't feel like a spasm or gas or anything else I've ever encountered. Any help for this question would be greatly appreciate it.
