Fluttering sensation in fingertips?

So.. I have lived with this my whole life and it hasn't effected anything in my life so far, plus the fact that nobody else can feel it either... But whenever I wiggle my fingers over certain objects (mind you, I am not touching anything at all), I get a weird fluttering sensation in my fingertips. Well, more like the last section of my fingers, but I am pretty sure you know what I mean. I just tried it again tonight to see what exactly triggered it. I wiggled my fingers over some metal, and I could slightly feel it. I moved along to some wood edging and it was a little stronger. I tried out the fridge to see if it was anything electrical would make my fingers feel that sensation but... nothing. I went along and felt in some spots where I could feel it and not, until I bent over and tried the floor. It really set it off. My conclusions so far is that it is not air, because I just wiggle my fingers slightly; I have heard that it could possibly be a magnetic field that I am feeling, but the fridge easily debunked that. I thought about static but then again, why would wood create static? I tried wiggling my fingers over screen that would create static but nothing there.

My question is, can anyone else feel it? Or is there an easy explanation for this? Any ideas of what I could be feeling?

I'm not crazy, nor am I diagnosed with anything.
