Focal Right Temporal Lobe Atrophy

I received a report from a recent CT scan that states that I have "FOCAL RIGHT TEMPORAL LOBE ATROPHY PRODUCING DILATATION OF THE TIP OF THE TEMPORAL HORN OF THE RIGHT LATERAL VENTRICLE."  Does anyone know any details about what this might mean and any possible symptoms it's likely to cause?
